hand-painted backdrops being tested
the first view portrait sessions.
At ATP24 we have used the time that was free due to the Corona-Lockdown wisely and became masters of brushes, paint rollers and rags.
The results look quite intriguing and then it was time to put them to use for the first portrait sessions.
The first 4 people have been portrait infront several of the backdrop in the past view weeks. It was a real pleassure and for sure adds a new dimension to my portrait photography. But still not all the backdrops have been tested yet. Also I am lacking male models so far…
Not only for portraits do the backdrops work their magic. With yoga teacher Orsi, I had great fun experimenting with movement and long-term exposure.
In the end, I view the time we spent as “painters” and had turned our photo studio into a painter’s studio as very well used.
I am looking forward to many more shootings with our backdrops.
